Behind Chats with Pat

Chats with Pat is is a two person team, and although I record the life stories and take the photographs behind the scenes is my wife Jenny. Jen is an Occupational Therapist who for the past twenty plus years has worked in the aged care and palliative care sectors.  Jenny’s understanding and belief in the therapeutic benefits of allowing people to engage and record their life story is invaluable.

I have  completed an apprenticeship in the steel industry in Newcastle before having a career with the NSW Police. I've always loved listening to people tell their stories. Every family has moments that deserve to be remembered, but too often they're lost with time. Chats with Pat was created to preserve those voices, personalities and memories so future generations can enjoy them forever.
